Heaven to the Yeah LLC. - Journalism and Communications Intern
March 2022 - December 2022
As the journalism and communications intern, I was tasked with researching potential grants for the organization, watching interviews to then draft written blog articles for their site, as well as researching, writing, and soliciting various other articles, such as the article on the Let Women Decathlon movement.
Honors Thesis - Author
For my Honors Thesis, I am writing a scholarly article analyzing the Marist College Honors Senior Seminar course and how it compares to other honors colleges around the country. I have worked and will continue to work with my Honors Director on this project as we prepare to present the conducted studies at the National Honors Conference being hosted in Dallas, Texas in November, 2022.
WildCard Publications - Editor-in-Chief
March 2022- December 2022
In this role, I am tasked with overseeing a team of editors to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is publication ready. I act as the point-person for those holding questions pertaining to their written pieces while also finalizing edits and format of columns before they reach the final publishing stage.
